On the first cycle day, you call us to schedule an appointment for treatment commencement and an ultrasound scan

On cycle day 2 or 3, you are scanned. If everything is OK, you will start FSH hormone stimulation.

Seven days later you will be scanned again to assess the number and size of your egg sacs (follicles).

Once the egg sacs are ready, an ovulation syringe is administered which completes the maturation of the eggs.

The thawed, fertilised egg is transferred back to the uterus 4, 5 or 7 days later.

Around 11 days after the egg transfer, you must have a pregnancy blood test done.

If the pregnancy test is positive, we perform an ultrasound scan approximately three weeks later.
